Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your first subscription charge within thirty (30) days of that charge by emailing legal@getmediapilot.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
This guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per business entity and applies only to a customer's first subscription charge. It does not apply to renewal charges, to separately purchased video or image credit packs, to accounts terminated for violation of these Terms, or to accounts that have previously received a refund under this section.
Outside this guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion in response to a documented billing error or material Service outage caused by the Company. Such requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the charge to legal@getmediapilot.com.
Content Retained After Refund
Content generated for you during the guarantee period remains yours. Upon issuance of a refund under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the Company grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and publish content generated for your account prior to the refund. This license survives termination of your subscription and termination of the Terms of Service. Third-party assets incorporated into generated content (including stock media, fonts, and audio) remain subject to the license terms of their respective providers.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings, by replying to any MediaPilot billing email, or by emailing legal@getmediapilot.com. Cancellation is never made more difficult than signing up. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current rate until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
